Master's degree in Education of any Health Sciences Profession Education instructional or Educational Technology with background on e-learning, distance education or a related field with emphasis on health sciences education and development, educational technology, or learning and teaching theories from an accredited college or university and must hold a certification or accredited professional experience in the field of distance. Substantial relevant experience, minimum of two (2) years, including an appropriate combination of teaching, supervisory, and other administrative experiences. Experience in designing and developing instructor-led, web-based, and digital media instruction in basic and higher education, experience in providing pedagogical and technical consulting for the design, development and implementation of instructional content, courses and project. Experience in facilitating the integration of technology into the educational environments of the Institute, and the support of faculty teaching these types of courses. Organizational skills, records management, leadership skills, excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer focus, and advanced skills in computer technology and application utilization.
