Job SummaryWe seek a dynamic leader who can integrate sales and marketing efforts to drive growth. The Director of Sales and Marketing will develop strategies that align outbound outreach with brand storytelling, optimize digital presence, and lead both sales and marketing teams toward shared goals.
Key Responsibilities· - Develop and implement a cohesive sales and marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.
· - Manage and scale sales teams, focusing on outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
· - Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
· - Navigate the RFP/RFI/RFQ landscape and create compelling proposals.
· - Drive brand differentiation through innovative storytelling and targeted campaigns.
· - Track performance metrics across sales and marketing, adjusting strategies to enhance results.
Requirements Qualifications· - Proven experience in combined sales and marketing leadership roles, ideally within startups.
· - Ability to lead cross-functional teams with a unified approach.
· - Expertise in outbound sales, digital marketing, and the RFP/RFI/RFQ process.
· - A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions.
· - Exceptional communication skills and a knack for compelling brand storytelling.
