The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the
renewable energy sector, having excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong
business acumen, and a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Management,
preferably a registered or professional engineer, with a Master's degree or MBA.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years
in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations and
leading large teams.

Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities.Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.In-depth understanding of industry regulations and compliance.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools.
