Responsibilities
• Coordinate and lead operations team• Make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals• Provide tactical plans and ensure continuous improvement• Create and distribute statistical reports• Set team and individual KPIs and provide feedback• Direct Operations Managers and provide constructive feedback• Evaluate business procedures and implement improvements• Develop strategies to improve healthcare operations• Review invoicing and adjust operational budgets• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• 3+ years of project management experience• High attention to detail• Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills• Strong team building and communication skills• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities• Technologically savvy and able to perform operational analytics• Ability to prepare and deliver effective business presentations• Exceptional employee and client engagement skills• Experience or certification in Lean Six Sigma methodology is desired• Client launch project management experience is desired
