Director Of Operations

• With proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the renewable energy sector • With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Management preferably a registered or professional engineer, with a Master's degree or MBA.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing complex operations and leading large teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
• In-depth understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools.
