Position Title: Director of Operations

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Date: September 2024

Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT


Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring seamless functioning across all departments
Work in tandem with the CEO to execute the company's strategic growth initiatives
Lead both clinical and administrative teams, ensuring alignment with company goals
Manage the opening of new locations from conception to completion
Ensure the company meets or exceeds its growth KPIs
Implement new services to enhance company offerings and drive revenue
Take ownership of all operational tasks, providing leadership and quick, decisive action



Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as Director of Operations, or a similar role, at a US-based company
Previous experience in a C-level position is required
Demonstrated ability to build companies from the ground up
Must have excellent communication skills
Proven leadership ability, capable of managing all aspects of business operations independently
Strong work ethic, with a "turbo-charged" approach to handling challenges and opportunities
Motivated by new challenges and the opportunity to drive the company's success
