Job Description Lead and mentor a 15-member Operations team in Manila, ensuring operational excellence. Audit and refine existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while creating new ones. Identify new processes and workflow optimizations to enhance team support. Collaborate with Tech to drive automation initiatives, improving overall efficiency. Gather business needs, prioritize requests, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively. Foster a sustainable company culture in the Philippines. Collaborate with the People team to address key focus areas and implement local initiatives for operational excellence and stability. Work closely with global senior management to align priorities and support needs. Lead and steer cross-functional strategic projects. The Successful Applicant Leading by example with high moral and work ethics, ideally with 10+ years of experience. Proven success in building and mentoring teams within large-scale organizations. Ability to connect with people at their level, embracing diversity, and guiding teams to success. Clear, structured communication, delivered with a positive, can-do attitude. A growth mindset, open to change and innovation. An excellent academic background, preferably with an MBA from a top-ranked international business school. Extensive experience in e-commerce, with a strong track record of driving cross-functional strategic commercial projects. Successful management of revenue operations in large-scale organizations. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and changes in the e-commerce ecosystem, ideally with expertise in Amazon. Experience collaborating with tech teams on automation projects.
