Job Description:
As the Director of Patient Marketing and Engagement at BillingNav, you will lead our efforts to engage patients and promote healthcare opportunities through various marketing channels and engagement initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing our marketing team, and driving patient engagement across all initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement robust patient marketing and engagement strategies to connect individuals with relevant healthcare services and opportunities. Lead a team of marketing specialists, providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to maximize performance and drive results. Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, online platforms, email marketing, and community events. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with company objectives and goals. Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for continuous improvement. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and patient advocacy groups, to enhance marketing efforts and expand our network. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. years of experience in patient marketing, healthcare communications, or related fields, with a demonstrated track record of success in driving results. Proven expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a focus on patient engagement and customer acquisition. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and drive performance in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
