Director Of Ecommerce

THE ROLE Work with the leadership team to build and operate core website and various product flows within the e-commerce ecosystem Oversee and drive performance and compliance responsibilities, including maintaining high uptime, optimizing site speed, conducting heatmap analysis, site tracking, and ensuring ADA compliance Create exceptional customer experience through UI/UX and customer journey mapping Build/edit/change web pages and manage Shopify integrations through an SEO lens Work with third-party tools and vendors such as IG/TikTok Shops Plan and build promotional/marketing campaigns and campaign schematics (influencers/affiliates) Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate actionable insights, and prepare regular reports for the leadership team IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS Passion for sales, brand building, and customer experience Experience with web development and basic graphic design tools and resources Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Shopify and key apps/platforms Consumer packaged goods (CPG) and/or food industry exposure or experience a plus A fully functional Mac or PC for daily use #J-18808-Ljbffr
