**Direct Sales Executive**
**Position Objective**:
The Direct Sales Bancassurance Sales Executive (DSBSE) is responsible for offering product solutions on financial needs of BPI and non-BPI customers from BPI Direct Sales Acquisition activities to ensure achievement of individual and company targets and KPIs.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1.
Partner with Field Sales Officers, Field Sales Associates, OF Sales Associates at their field work for their cross-selling of life and health insurance.
This includes but is not limited to: company and public caravans, and client calls.
2.
While not deployed on the field, FS-BSEs are to perform joint call-outs with their partner FSOs, FSAs, OFSAs to uncontacted leads and other lead sources the company may assign.
3.
Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI-Philam as well as both BPI and Philam Life.
4.
Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell identified BPI-AIA products to the bank's customer base.
5.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with the FSOs, FBSEs, FBTL, as well as the employees of client companies, ABDs, and other branch staff they will be working with or assigned to for the purposes of generating bancassurance leads and bancassurance business.
Their span of professionalism should expand to the entire BPI-AIA team, as well as to AIA PH and BPI.
6.
Perform customer service and business conservation activities for their respective leads.
7.
Act as a liaison between the customer and our back office for policy servicing and claims.
8.
Submit required reports on time.
9.
Provide field intelligence on products, marketing campaigns, competitors and the bank partner that will affect bancassurance business.
10.
Report and meet weekly with Direct Sales Bancassurance Area Manager for production updates and marketing campaigns and other related matters.
11.
Perform other tasks as may be required by immediate superior for the purposes of company business.
12.
Achieve the monthly requirement on the following as determined by the company.
13.
Achieve satisfactory rating in all quality assurance and compliance assessments.
14.
Provide accurate and complete information and timely submission of all required documents
15.
Attendance to and completion of all required employee developmental trainings
**Minimum Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in any course
- Sales experience is necessary, at least 1 yr
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Computer savvy
- Willing to be assigned to multiple areas as the need arises
