Dining Manager

Education/Training: High school education or higher, or a diploma in Hospitality Management.Five to eight years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Requirements: Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English.Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.Must be able to communicate effectively with senior management and the ship's command (if applicable). Computer Knowledge:
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Profile: Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Ability to perform well under pressure.Comfortable working with an international team.Conscious of product cost and quality.Good administrative skills.Excellent oral and written communication abilities.Experienced in coaching and mentoring subordinates.
