Dining Manager

Education/Training:
• High school education or higher, or a diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Five to eight years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Requirements:
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English.
• Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with senior management and the ship's command (if applicable).

Computer Knowledge:
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Profile:
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Comfortable working with an international team.
• Conscious of product cost and quality.
• Good administrative skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Experienced in coaching and mentoring subordinates.
