Bachelor's Degree in HRM and/or Culinary Arts
Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role.
Supervise both kitchen staff and waitstaff, providing necessary feedback.
Strong written and oral communication skills for managing business administration and personnel matters.
