Digital Transformation Officer

The Digital Transformation Officer (DX Officer) drives the digital innovation and acts as the Digital Evangelist of RAFI championing the use of digital technology and practices to build that digital culture and mindset of the organization.
 

Responsibilities

Develop a defined and compelling digital strategy for RAFI

Work with teams across RAFI to generate innovative digital solutions for products,

services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels and business modelsPush ideas for technological innovations and facilitate the environment for a productive collaboration

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably with Information Technology background

At least 3 years experience in a similar role (designing and launching digital platforms)

Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects
