Responsibilities: Digital Systems Support Maintains the bank digital system to support the financial and data quality reporting from the applications. Conducts troubleshooting and configuration of bank digital systems to support the processes and operations. Supports the implementation of security control for accessing the applications and its data. Communicates with bank units to provide the needed data to support the processes and operations. Participates and supports bank project to upgrade the system and its applications. Manages the website traffic and uploads regular content to the bank homepage. Keeps abreast of the current trend and best practices for digital system support and maintenance to adopt consistency and to improve system efficiency. Others Makes recommendations on matters pertinent to business operations and other related activities. Participates actively during staff meetings, training programs and other professional development work. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Graduate of any Computer related, Engineering, or Math- related courses Experience is a plus but not required Willing to work in Makati Fresh Graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
