Job Overview The Digital Sales Manager will drive sales generation efforts through Filinvest Land Inc.'s corporate social media platforms and websites. This role is responsible for managing inquiries and leads received via platforms such as GetRespond and Respond.io, overseeing sellers who gain access to these leads, and working collaboratively with social media, sales, and other internal teams to optimize ad campaigns and sales initiatives. The Digital Sales Manager will be a key player in supporting corporate sales goals by strategically utilizing digital channels.
Key Responsibilities Manage Corporate Digital Platforms Oversee social media platforms and corporate websites, ensuring inquiries and
leads are handled effectively.Use GetRespond and Respond.io to manage and respond to incoming inquiries. Sales Generation & Target Achievement Develop strategies to achieve sales targets from inquiries generated through
corporate digital channels.Monitor performance against sales goals, adjusting tactics as necessary to meet
targets. Seller Management Coordinate with and support sellers granted access to digital platforms, ensuring they are equipped to handle and nurture leads.Provide guidance and oversight on best practices to drive sales conversion from
leads. Collaboration with Social Media and Sales Teams Actively coordinate with the social media and sales teams to plan and approve
ad campaigns targeting specific customer segments.Work with creative and sales departments to develop materials that support
sales-oriented campaigns. Corporate Sales Initiative Support Assist in corporate-level sales initiatives, aligning digital sales efforts with
overarching corporate sales strategies.Track the effectiveness of these initiatives and adjust activities to optimize
outcomes. Presentation & Reporting Comfortably present performance updates, campaign results, and strategic
recommendations to stakeholders.Prepare and deliver regular reports on digital sales activity, lead generation, and conversion metrics. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, communications, information technology, or any related field.With 5+ years of relevant experience in digital sales or sales management, including at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.With relevant certification/s is an advantage.
