Digital Sales Associate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Initiate sales with potential clients through messaging, email, and over the phone.
- Conducts the initial document screening process.
- Assess client credit qualifications based on company guidelines.
- Maintain an excellent sales service satisfaction rating by answering inquiries on digital platforms.
- Built good relationships with clients for retention.
- Achieve sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Bring up ideas to improve sales (e.g digital campaign, promotionsand process improvements)
- Comply with management plans and instructions.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

- Graduate of any four-year Business Course
- With at least six (6) months work experience in customer service and operations
- Must have product and process knowledge
- Must have knowledge on customer service principles and practices
- Possesses excellent communication and listening skills
- With professional attitude and strong work ethics
- Must have an outgoing and engaging personality
- Has the ability to build and maintain good relationship with clients
- With exceptional problem-solving skills and excellent attention to details and accuracy
- Independent thinker, analytical, resourceful and stress tolerant
- Computer proficient especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
