Digital Printer Operator

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Operates printing machine.
• Reviews client requests to understand scope and parameters of print jobs.
• Determines quantities required for print jobs.
• Matches colors for print job per job request.
• Aligns and configures machinery.
• Inspects random production samples to evaluate quality of printings.
• Maintains inventory of supplies needed to operate printing machines.
• Troubleshoots issues with printing machines and makes basic repairs.
• Performs routine maintenance on printing machines.
• Drafts and submits reports for daily production totals.
• Maintains a clean area around printing machinery.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate or to quickly learn to operate various printing machines and related software.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational/technical school training preferred; on-the-job training provided.
• Previous related experience preferred.

Note:
- Knowledge in Direct to Garment Printer (DTG) or any direct to fabric printer, knowledge in Caldera software and basic machine troubleshooting is a plus. If needed, willing to work overtime and holiday.
- Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Saturday)
- Salary Range (Php) : Minimum to P16,000
