As an OOm performance marketer, you will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, managing and producing unmatched results across multiple digital channels like Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and more.
Job Responsibilities: Boosting conversion rates and surpassing industry standards. Better results are always within our reach – Time to outdo yourself! Comprehensive research to gain a deeper understanding of the client's business and current positioning. Analysis of potential flaws and successes in the client's business and digital activities to provide insights and recommendations that will distinguish them among competitors. Develop, coordinate and manage end to end marketing strategies that will revolutionize the digital marketing scene and reflect OOm's thought leadership and expertise. Further optimise campaign performance with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMRush, AHRef and more to empower effective and successful digital marketing campaigns. Optimise and split test adcopies copy while performing ongoing keywords/audience targeting discovery, or expansions for greater audience resonance and relevance. Collaborate effectively across departments within the agency to achieve and deliver unparalleled performance excellence. Job Requirements: You have at least 3 years of working experience in related fields. You've got an eye for identifying the right target audiences and unrivalled skills in developing digital marketing strategies that generate quality leads. Your experience in Google analytics and your strong analytical skills allows you to derive valuable insights that will optimise performance marketing campaigns. You thrive in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment. You are constantly motivated and inspired to achieve the best. You live and breathe all things digital. Your organisation and time management skills are impeccable, enabling you to adhere to deadlines efficiently.
