Digital & Online Marketing Officer

Qualifications:Completed a bachelor's degreeSolid years of experience in brand management, marketing, and/or public relations, with a focus on social media marketing and KOL engagement.Experience in real estate marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.Strong understanding of marketing principles, including traditional, digital, OOH, and events.Proficient in written and verbal communication in both English and Filipino (or local dialect).Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with measurable growth results.Familiarity with budget management, monitoring, and reporting processes.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.Established network of PR contacts is advantageous.Experience in crisis management is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support brand growth and awareness.Build and manage the brand's digital assets, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms.Create engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital channels to increase brand recall and engagement.Collaborate with KOLs and influencers to maximize brand visibility and reach.Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.Support the development of marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive leads.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including ad agencies and PR firms, to ensure timely execution of agreed actions.Travel to project sites as needed to stay aligned with brand initiatives and objectives.
