We are seeking a highly motivated MEDIA BUYER to join our fully remote and diverse Digital Acquisition Team.

You will be responsible for the efficient allocation and negotiation of our digital advertising placements.

As an enthusiastic and creative individual with an analytical mindset and a passion for campaign optimization, you would work closely with our dedicated remote team to manage an array of digital marketing initiatives.

You will be tasked with identifying new partner opportunities, overseeing the efficacy and optimization of multiple digital media campaigns, and staying abreast of emerging digital trends to enhance our brand's distinctiveness and versatility.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the day-to-day media buying campaign across domestic and international markets for our brands and apps.

Assist in the development of monthly media buying plans and make real-time optimizations to execute target KPI?s and maximize ROI.

Build, optimize, analyze and report on media campaigns across multiple media buying channels such as Google, Twitter, and Facebook Ads.

Manage and maintain advertising budget while tracking delivery of KPI?s to ensure the team goals are met.

Manage affiliate relationships and source new influencer and publisher relationships that will grow the proprietary affiliate network.

Analyze market trends, campaign data and clearly communicate performance and budget recommendations to management.

Design, build, and maintain advertising strategies for digital media platforms.

Negotiate contracts with affiliate partners.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery of digital media initiatives.
- SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

Bachelor's Degree.

2+ years? proven experience with digital media buying

Negotiation and account management experience.

Strong performance marketing campaign management and optimization.

Skilled with Google Ads and social media campaign management.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; proven experience in analyzing large data sets.

Knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement tactics.

Competence to multitask and manage time effectively in a global team environment.

Ability to adapt and stay on top of trends within the digital space.

Creative and critical thinker with the ability to take own initiative.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Market Research background & Google Ads experience is a plus.
