Digital Marketing Team Leader (Hybrid Set-Up)

The main responsibility of a Digital Marketing Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficiency of the lead generation & management and marketing operations that support the overall goal of generating sales & revenue growth of the company.
This position is responsible for the development, execution, and analysis of demand generation strategies following the sales cycle & buyer's journey, management of the marketing technology infrastructure, analysis of marketing data and management of the overall company brand reputation.
This is a managerial position that supervises the performance management of the marketing operations roles and other positions that may be assigned under the manager.
**Specific Duties and Responsibilities**:
Sales Enablement
Strategically curate and distribute content for marketing & sales demand generation
Track and monitor sales lead generation from sales & marketing channels
Develop content distribution & lead generation strategies for customers in specific buyer journey
Marketing Management
Execute, monitor and evaluate SEO & SEM strategies that would result in lead generation from inbound channels
Develop, execute and evaluate strategies for Account-Based Marketing and other outreach activities to successfully generate, nurture and convert leads
Plan, execute and analyze all campaign results and data to ensure client's KPI goals are achieve
Manage paid campaign plans both for Google & social media, identify KPIs and analyze results and optimization
Accountable for the Infinit-O website UI/UX, landing pages optimization
Develop, execute, analyze, and optimize Sales & Marketing tools, workflows & systems integrations
Develop and maintain digital dashboards for KPI monitoring
Identify key target market sub-segments and high value prospect
Ensure timely & high-quality content distribution thru digital marketing channels
Review industry and market direction to support operations, sales and marketing initiatives
Work cross-functionally with teams to identify & execute the sales & marketing funnel plan
Explore sales & marketing tools and strategies in sourcing new prospects
Propose new ideas & execute strategic activities for marketing and sales efforts of Infinit-O

**Manage 3rd party vendors**: selection & evaluation process, investment management
Provide assistance to the sales and marketing team
People & Performance ManagementMonitor & establish team & individual KPIs & SLAs to ensure that they are being met
Ensures all deliverables are accomplished & delivered within agreed SLAs
Conducts regular coaching sessions with team members to ensure KPIs are met, that team members are motivated, attendance adherence
Monitors and supports career development & path of reporting team member
Manage and monitor Marketing-related investment

**Other SSG duties and responsibilities**:
Perform lead generation & sales enablement as required
Provide assistance to sales and marketing team
Research relevant industry events and conferences
Do S&M clerical work/document filings
Accomplish other SSG tasks that may be assigned especially when the other SSG team members are on service incentive leave

**Quality & Information Security Management**:
Adhere to Infinit-O's information security policies and carry out its processes and procedures.
Protect client-supplied and generated-for-client information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference (see also Table of Offenses).
Carry out tasks as assigned and are aligned with a particular process or activity related to information security.
Report any potential or committed non-conformity, observation, and/or security event or risks to immediate superior.

**Qualifications**:
Must have demonstrated ability in lead generation and sales enablement
Must be results-driven with a strong ability to analyze data
Must have demonstrated ability to develop, execute, and evaluate account-based marketing & outreach strategies
Highly proficient in sales & marketing technology & infrastructure like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, MailChimp
With basic knowledge in Google & social media paid ads & analytics tools
With basic knowledge of strategic content marketing
Extensive knowledge in SEO, SEM ads and tools
Must have a strong research & data analytical skill
Tech savvy and knowledgeable in Google Workspace & MS Office programs
Knowledgeable about the outsourcing / BPO industry & B2B marketing
Must be highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively
Proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, willing to be trained, and driven to achieve objectives
Must be creative and has excellent project & time management skills

**Education and Experience**:
Graduate of marketing, communications, or business degree
With at least 3 years of digital marketing experience, in a B2B environment
With at least 3 years of experience in using CRMs like SAP, HubSpot, Salesforce.
