The Role You will be responsible for : Acts as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters.Takes lead in the day-to-day operations and activities of the team.Liaises with other XS teams/business units for the seamless coordination of digital marketing activities / newbiz pitches and other collaborative efforts.Builds strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contactMaintains a weekly campaign alignment with clientsSets digital strategies for your assigned clients, considering their specific requirementsSuggests and implements digital projects to increase customer ROIProvides reports for digital accounts' performance and metricsCo-leads in the development of social media strategies to clientsReports on web performance metricsAnalyzes digital campaigns successKeeping up to date with internet and marketing trends and contribute this knowledge as an integral member of the teamMay be assigned other job-related tasks from time to time.Ideal Profile Proven work experience as a Digital account managerHands on experience with SEO/SEM and CRM softwareExperience implementing and optimizing Google AdWords campaignsIn-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platformsExperience with customer service and account managementExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skillsWhat's on Offer?
