Resumés indicating any location other than Angeles or Mabalacat will be rejected._****Qualifications**:- Preferably with experience in construction, dealing with architects, engineers, developers, construction stores, etc.- Know how to market and selling properties through physical, and in online social media.- Must have strong knowledge in **Real Estate Marketing Management.**:- **Experience in Marketing industry is preferred but not required.**:- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work being alone.- Must be computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge in Photoshop.**Responsibilities**:- Helps determine pricing schedule for quotations, promotions, and negotiations.- Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.- Conducts sales calls and presents to potential clients.- Handles general account inquiries and contact clients about the company and its products.- Maintains good relationships with existing and potential clients.- Coordinates and manage delivery of products.- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability.- Performs other duties which may be assigned from time to time.- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices.**Note**:**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Angeles City, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)
