Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This role involves utilizing a range of online platforms and tools such as social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives. Job Description:
-Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, including a Content Marketing Specialist and a Multimedia Designer.
-Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
-Coordinate the creation and deployment of marketing materials for conferences, webinars, and online publications.
-Manage paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including podcasts, meta advertising, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
-Oversee the management of LinkedIn profiles for the executive team, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
-Collect and showcase customer testimonials to strengthen brand credibility and trust.
-Drive project management initiatives to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
-Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. -Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on team leadership and management. -Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including content marketing, paid advertising, and social media. -Experience managing LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns. -Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. -Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. -Creative thinker with a passion for driving results and achieving business objectives.
