Digital Marketing Specialist - Real Estate

1. Must have experience or a strong interest to gain direct experience in REAL ESTATE marketing and sales, both digital/ online marketing and traditional/ in-person, particularly for high-end residential projects of REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS;
2. Must be very skilled in social media and digital marketing, website management, IT, and must be a skilled graphic artist/ designer
Up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing; should be able to execute interaction techniques over social media sites. Must be familiar with online sales and marketing channels.
3. Must be confident with content creation; must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Well versed with e-mail marketing and lead generation through email marketing
Experience in web Content Management System (CMS) environments, planning and executing social media calendars, website management, web applications and other online communities; knowledgeable about Website optimization tools for A/B and multivariate testing, e.g. Google Website Optimizer, Visual Website Optimizer, etc.
Proficient in MS Office, web and IT applications as well as data/ metrics analysis techniques, and advanced Power Point and Excel
4. Must possess a positive, upbeat attitude motivated by sales conversions and reaching target sales levels.
5. Must be interested in front-line marketing administration and support roles, with direct interaction (online and in-person) with the accredited sales teams, and potential, existing, and new customers
