Your Role: As a Paid Ads Specialist at Trialfacts, you will play a pivotal role in driving patient enrollment by developing and executing high-performing paid advertising campaigns. While expertise in Meta advertising (Facebook/Instagram) is essential for this role, experience with additional platforms such as Google, TikTok, Craigslist, or Programmatic advertising is a plus. You will be responsible for managing campaign budgets, optimizing ad performance, and analyzing campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement effective paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to reach target audiences for different clinical trials.Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to optimize ad targeting and performance.Monitor campaign performance closely and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.Track and analyze campaign metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in paid advertising.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall campaign goals.Optimize middle-of-funnel strategies, including landing page and form optimization, to maximize campaign effectiveness and drive conversions. This Position Is Ideal For You If You Have: 3–5 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns, ideally across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). However, expertise in Meta advertising is a primary focus for this role, with experience in other platforms considered a plus.A strong understanding of middle-of-funnel strategies, including landing page and form optimization, to drive campaign effectivenessA passion for making a meaningful impact—you're motivated by our mission of advancing health research and making Good Health For All a reality through effective advertising campaigns.A proven track record of achieving campaign goals and exceeding KPIs.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.Excellent written and communication skills.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (a plus!)
