Performance Marketing Manager at the client is a critical component to the business. you're not just managing campaigns – you're smashing it on the digital stage! RESPONSIBILITIES Performance Marketing Strategy, Channels & Budgets: Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy & budget allocation to channels Create and manage Google Ad campaigns . (SEM) Create and manage meta campaigns . (Paid Social) Work with our fabulous in-house creative team to create digital assets in performance marketing channels Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS , focus on customer acquisition Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website) create and implement optimization action plans Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests , and user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands' digital channels and assets. Grow the performance marketing team as the business grows Measurement & Analytics: Establish rigorous testing programs across all channels to support online trade and customer acquisition. Use data-led insights to inform digital strategy and performance Execute test and learn strategy to understand key drivers of the business Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting to gain insights and learnings from holistic business goals to granular activity reporting Maintain accuracy of all performance marketing tracking and reporting with tech support Collaboration: Collaborate with the e-Commerce team in pushing sales, driving focus categories traffic, acquisition, and conversion from performance marketing channels Collaborate with the brand marketing team on brand, content in multi-channels touchpoints to ensure efficient ROAS and consistency Collaborate with Category Management to ensure brands, offers, categories are clearly visible and attractive in performance marketing channels ABOUT YOU Min 3 years of performance marketing experience in Google/ Meta , either from the seller side or agency side Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and tracking platforms, such as Ads Manager, GA4, Strong understanding of web analytics, conversion tracking, and performance measurement. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple testing projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. High attention to numbers and hunger for growth Self-motivated and drive change Comfortable hands-on execution – ads campaign/ ads set setup, creative asset creation with team, nonstop optimisation Experience working in a multiple SKU, fashion apparel or consumer lifestyle sector would be a plus. Experience working in a fast growth phase business would be a plus. Tertiary qualified with a relevant degree or significant performance marketing spend experience
