Key Responsibilities: LinkedIn Outreach & B2B Marketing: Develop and implement targeted LinkedIn campaigns to identify potential vacation rental partners. Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients within the vacation rental industry. Track LinkedIn outreach using CRM tools to ensure successful lead generation and manage campaign performance. SEO Optimization: Optimize property listings for vacation rental platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO to improve search visibility and rankings. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies tailored to vacation rentals. Continuously monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics to enhance rankings and visibility on rental and property management platforms. Content Marketing & Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to create engaging, SEO-aligned content for digital marketing channels. Ensure that content aligns with both SEO objectives and LinkedIn outreach goals for both Smart Suites and Flourish Homes. Work on strategies that drive traffic and engagement to both businesses' online presence. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on the performance of LinkedIn outreach and SEO campaigns. Analyze marketing data to make informed decisions and suggest improvements in strategy and execution. Ensure continuous refinement and optimization of marketing tactics based on data insights. Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in the vacation rental, hotel, or real estate property management industries (NON NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT)Strong understanding of LinkedIn B2B marketing and lead generation. Proven track record of successful SEO optimization, particularly for platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. Experience in content marketing and strategy development, with an emphasis on SEO alignment. Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis to track and report on marketing performance.
