Salary Range: $1300-$1700
We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in email marketing, social media management, and graphic design, with a preference for those with experience in the retail industry. This role requires proficiency in various design tools and the ability to design and edit apparel.
Key Responsibilities: Email Marketing: Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns to promote products and drive customer engagement. Create compelling email content and templates using platforms like HubSpot. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphic designs for various marketing materials, including digital and print media. Use design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software. Apparel Design: Design and recolor shirts and other apparel items, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Collaborate with the product development team to create new apparel designs. Edit and enhance existing apparel designs to meet market trends and customer preferences. Requirements Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design. Has experience in the apparel industry is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices. Expertise in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent). Ability to design and edit apparel, with a keen eye for color and detail.
