Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a diverse skill set to manage our client's digital marketing efforts and create visually appealing designs that resonate with their target audience. This role also includes responsibilities related to CRM management, email campaigns, flyer design, content creations, social media scheduling, and leveraging social media expertise to maximize engagement.
Here's an overview of your future role:
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Mon - Fri, 8 AM to 5 PM (Manila Time)
Work setup: Permanent WFH
What do you need to succeed? Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/InDesign/Canva for graphic design tasks.
Experience in WordPress and Squarespace for website management and updates.
Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms, preferably Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign.
Excellent communication skills for managing social media, customer interactions, and email campaigns.
2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing and design.
Expertise in leveraging social media to increase engagement and brand visibility.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to marketing challenges.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
What awaits you in this role? Graphic Design: Create visually appealing flyers and social media designs using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva to promote our products/services and events.
Website Management: Update and maintain our Squarespace and WordPress websites with the products and services, ensuring a seamless user experience and consistent branding.
Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns using platforms like ActiveCampaign to nurture leads and retain customers.
CRM Management: Utilize ActiveCampaign for managing customer relationships, segmenting audiences, and automating marketing workflows to optimize lead conversion and retention.
Social Media Management: Schedule and manage Facebook and Instagram posts, applying expertise and tricks to increase engagement and brand visibility.
Content Creation: Develop and design copies for online content, ensuring it aligns with our brand and engages our audience effectively.
Mailing List: Send out campaigns to our mailing list to keep our audience informed and engaged.
