Position : Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant Work Hours (Client) : Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM EST Holidays : Philippines + 2 weeks annual personal time Pay Range : 900 - 1,800 USD (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Overview: We are seeking a versatile and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with various business operations, including managing side businesses. The ideal candidate will work 40 hours per week, assisting with a range of tasks from hiring freelancers to managing marketing projects. Key Responsibilities: Freelancer Management: Source, hire, and oversee freelancers for various projects. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Compile and document SOPs to streamline business processes. Graphic Design & Video Editing: Create basic graphics and edit simple videos. Ad Campaigns: Build and manage Google and Meta advertising campaigns. Marketing Copy: Use AI tools to generate marketing and advertising copy. Web Management: Update and maintain websites using WYSIWYG editors like Squarespace and Wix; Shopify experience is a plus. Project Management: Utilize software like Taskade, Trello, or Asana to manage projects and tasks. Social Media Management: Assist with social media strategy and content creation.Qualifications: 3+ years as a Digital Marketing/Content Marketing Specialist. Strong understanding of marketing principles. Familiarity with project management tools. Excellent writing skills; English must be the primary language. Basic graphic design and video editing skills. Knowledge of AI tools for content creation. Experience with WYSIWYG web editors and Shopify (preferred). Previous project management experience is a plus.
