The Digital Marketing Specialist assists in the creation of ideas and visual concepts to effectively communicate ideas and brand narratives that inspires, educates, and engages both internal and external audiences, in order to achieve overall business goals of the brand. The scope includes, but is not limited to, brand development and brand awareness. The Digital Marketing Specialist will amplify the brand's voice to impress customers, attract new clients, and maintain awareness with vendors, suppliers, and employees and applicants alike.Functional ResponsibilitiesBrainstorm with the Marketing team to create new marketing strategies and identify types of content that will appeal to specific target audiences.Conceptualize, plan, and create paid marketing strategies for SEO and SEM that will accompany content from the Marketing team which includes but is not limited to print ads, digital collaterals, multi-media materials, website and social media content, and newsletters.Developing web, offline, and social media marketing materials to address Voice of the Customer of Visaya KPO.Proposes and executes media buying strategies that will help increase the domain authority of Visaya KPO's online assets.Research new and up-to-date concepts and technologies that will help in effective brand communication.CORE JOB COMPETENCIESDigital Marketing CampaignsIdeates and executes digital marketing campaigns, which includes but is not limited to helping generate leads, conducting market research, and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies both organic and paid.Marketing Channel ManagementDevelops related content strategies for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, and social media channels. Assists in framing messages and ad spending in a unique and creative manner intended for specific target audiences about the company's offerings and services.Assists in all other creative production as or when needed.Planning and OrganizingFollows digital marketing calendar and collaborates with other members of the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of materials and effective spend of the marketing budget. Organizes media buying schedules to help monitor the Return on Marketing Investment (RoMI) of the company. Utilizes industry best practices and familiarity with Voice of the Customers of Visaya KPO to inspire ideation of new opportunities and further increase productivity.Requirements:College Degree or comparable work experience in the same capacityPreferred college programs: Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Arts, Media Studies, Business AdministrationAtleast 2years of relevant work experience in the same capacityWith proven and successful marketing track recordExperience in BPO industry is preferred but not requiredCompelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projectsOrganized and MethodicalExcellent eye for detailHighly creativeCopy and content writing skills preferred but not requiredHigh proficient in Adobe or Canva tools, or similar systems and applicationsProficient in MS tools and applications: MS Powerpoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS OutlookEfficient problem solving and analytical skillsGood interpersonal skills
