Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist and Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing a wide range of digital marketing activities to enhance our online presence, drive website traffic, engage target audiences across multiple platforms, and result in sales inquiries and lead generation. This role requires expertise in website management, SEO, social media strategy, content creation, and paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Website Management and Optimization:
Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Perform keyword optimization and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking.
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide insights for improvement.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize on-page and off-page SEO.
Implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
Track and analyze SEO metrics and performance.

Paid Advertising Campaigns:
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search and banner ads.
Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and analytics.
Manage budgets for paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.

Social Media Strategy and Management:
Develop and execute monthly content calendars for Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp, Viber, and other platforms.
Conceptualize engaging social media campaigns that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Create, schedule, and post content, ensuring consistency in brand voice and aesthetics.
Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance engagement and reach.

Content Creation and Copywriting:
Develop high-quality, original content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital channels.
Write compelling copy that drives engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing brand assets, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.

Email Direct Marketing Campaigns:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Segment email lists and personalize campaigns for targeted outreach.
Track and analyze email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor the performance of all digital marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.
Prepare monthly reports summarizing key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
Use data to refine strategies and ensure continuous optimization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Content Creator or similar role.
Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding.
Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus.
Knowledgeable of Government Regulations on Ads and Promo
