We seek a highly skilled Digital Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation and maintenance of our digital marketing systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy in our marketing efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing operations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Tasks: Develop and implement a comprehensive process to score and report taxonomy adherence performance. Exhibit performance metrics to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and consistency in reporting. Maintain the Paid Media Element Builder, ensuring it is up-to-date and functional. Make structural changes quarterly, as pre-approved by the client, based on collected feedback. Support agency and company requests related to Element Builder glossary terms and structure changes. Troubleshoot errors and provision access to partner Google sites. Ensure all requests are handled efficiently and accurately. Conduct quarterly taxonomy training sessions for all paid media agencies. Organize refresher meetings for the Paid Media Element Builder and Glossary to update agencies on any changes or improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related course Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing operations or a similar role. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Experience working with paid media campaigns. Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
