With extensive experience in E-commerce Ads, specifically on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok (required), still, knowledge/skills on Google Ads (SEO/SEM) and Meta/FB Ads are preferred but not required.Responsibilities:• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the company's products across various online platforms• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for increasing brand awareness and driving sales• Manage in-store ads for E-Commerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee• Monitor and optimize digital campaigns, ensuring they are effective, efficient, and aligned with the company's marketing goals• Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and continuously improve marketing performance• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, making recommendations for innovative approaches to enhance the company's online presence• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize the impact of digital marketing initiatives• Prepare monthly and weekly performance reports across all platformsQualifications:• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or Economics• 3-5 years experience in a digital marketing role, at least 1 year in a leadership position• Can report on-site 5 days/week• Knowledgeable in multiple marketing tools: Shopee, Lazada and Google Ads for SEM and SEO (Required), Facebook/Meta Ads and TikTok (Preferred)• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that have resulted in increased brand visibility and revenue growth• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, ecommerce trends, and digital advertising best practices• Passion for staying ahead of industry developments and leveraging emerging trends to drive business success• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms for data analysis and performance tracking
