The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing andexecuting digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives andcontribute to the company's overall growth and success.Responsibilities:• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promotethe company's products across various online platforms• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities forincreasing brand awareness and driving sales• Manage in-store ads for E-Commerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee• Monitor and optimize digital campaigns, ensuring they are effective, efficient, andaligned with the company's marketing goals• Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and continuously improvemarketing performance• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales,and creative departments, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing,making recommendations for innovative approaches to enhance the company'sonline presence• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize the impact ofdigital marketing initiatives• Prepare monthly and weekly performance reports across all platformsQualifications:• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, orEconomics• 3-5 years experience in a digital marketing role, at least 1 year in a leadershipposition• Can report on-site 5 days/week• Knowledgeable in multiple marketing tools: Shopee, Lazada and Google Ads forSEM and SEO (Required), Facebook/Meta Ads and TikTok (Preferred)• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective digitalmarketing strategies that have resulted in increased brand visibility and revenuegrowth• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, ecommerce trends, and digitaladvertising best practices• Passion for staying ahead of industry developments and leveraging emergingtrends to drive business success• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing toolsand platforms for data analysis and performance tracking
