Job Type: Full-time, Independent contrator Scope of the role: As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will handle the end-to-end marketing function of our company, focusing on performance marketing across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn. This role requires an independent thinker who thrives in an autonomous environment and is committed to delivering results. Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing: Develop, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn. Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.Social Media Management: Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms to build brand awareness and foster community engagement. Respond to inquiries and actively engage with our audience on social media.Content Strategy: Collaborate with the team to create compelling content that aligns with marketing goals. Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.Collaboration: Work closely with the property management team to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. Not required. 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and social media management. Proven track record of managing successful Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Basic design skills in order to re-write / design some marketing collateral (one page-fliers and slide decks etc) as well as to be able to create the content for Facebook / Meta ads. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. Familiarity with property management or real estate marketing is a plus.
