We are hiring for passionate and talented Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
? Establishing target audiences and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
Developing creative briefs and guiding creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications including print, digital, and video assets.
? Developing, consolidating, and spearheading the marketing strategy for the organization in line with the company objectives as part of branding and growth initiatives.
? Leading content management through marketing technology by working with the senior leadership team to produce communication materials highlighting capabilities and solutions not limited to social media posting and communication to different prospects using various communication channels.
? Identifying the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimizing accordingly.
? Creating proposals for new client opportunities per marketing trends and technological developments.
? Maintaining measurement metrics and reports on marketing and sales activities, sales funnel, audience mapping, effectiveness, and business impact.
Qualifications:
? At least 2 - 4 years of Marketing Manager experience
? Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
? Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
? Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
? Previous Operations & Project Management experience
? Must be willing to work on shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
