Red Letter Marketing (RLM) is a marketing agency with locations in North Carolina, US and Clark, Philippines, supporting clients in the United States. We are a full-service marketing agency, helping our clients with both digital marketing and traditional marketing, websites - whatever is needed to help them grow their business.We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to touch all aspects of digital marketing - including both SEO and paid search campaigns. Many of our clients (but not all) are business-to-business (B2B) companies so the strategy can be different from what may be general best practices for consumer-driven companies. This position will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team to learn the client's goals and think strategically about how best to help them achieve those goals.Our team at Red Letter Marketing works remotely (and were already doing this before the COVID-19 pandemic) but work closely together as a team. Lead our team in understanding the strategies and tactics that may benefit our clients.- Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns for multiple clients.- Conduct SEO audits and make recommendations for improvements. Assist with implementation, working with website development team.- Set up and manage Google Analytics tracking, including goal setup up, testing and monitoring.- Conduct competitive analysis.- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and best practices. Make recommendations for our agency and clients. Keep the account team informed of trends.- Communicate regularly on status, timeline and budget deliverables.**Requirements**:- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing- Bachelor's degree- marketing, advertising or business- Google Ads certified- Ability to present learned experiences verbally, visually, and in writing- Ability to translate/connect digital marketing strategies with clients' needs- Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO)- Strong proficiency working with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager- Proficient in Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in priorities- Self-motivated, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills- Team player willing to roll up his/her sleeves to execute against set goals- Working knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager- Experience working with U.S. based company preferred**Summary**- Position Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00PM - 5:00AM PHT (8:00AM to 5:00PM EST)- Position Type: Full Time Employee- Salary: To be determined based on qualification associated with job role- Work set-up: permanent Work from Home**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Night shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary
