Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or Economics
• 3-5 years experience in a digital marketing role, at least 1 year in a leadership position
• Can report on-site 5 days/week
• Knowledgeable in multiple marketing tools: Shopee, Lazada and Google Ads for SEM and SEO (Required), Facebook/Meta Ads and TikTok (Preferred)
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective digital
marketing strategies that have resulted in increased brand visibility and revenue growth
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, ecommerce trends, and digital advertising best practices
• Passion for staying ahead of industry developments and leveraging emerging trends to drive business success
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms for data analysis and performance tracking
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote
the company's products across various online platforms
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for
increasing brand awareness and driving sales
• Manage in-store ads for E-Commerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee
• Monitor and optimize digital campaigns, ensuring they are effective, efficient, and
aligned with the company's marketing goals
• Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and continuously improve
marketing performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales,
and creative departments, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing,
making recommendations for innovative approaches to enhance the company's
online presence
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize the impact of
digital marketing initiatives
• Prepare monthly and weekly performance reports across all platforms
