Digital Marketing Manager

At least 5 years of relevant experience as Digital Marketing Lead/Manager

Marketing
- Create and maintain content calendar according to monthly and quarterly themes set by onshore marketing consultant
- Work closely with the CEO and onshore marketing consultant to come up with marketing and sales strategies
- Attend to live chat support of the website
- Work with SEO agency to do onsite and offsite SEO and other SEO Campaigns
- Work with graphic design interns to create designs (images, videos, GIFs, etc.)
- Do marketing analysis, highlighting achievements and key insights
- Submit marketing reports monthly and weekly
- Assist other departments (like HR, recruitment, and account management) in communications and designing collaterals
- Attend weekly meetings in marketing and management
- Track website performance using Google Analytics, Mouseflow, and Google Search Console
- Track social media performance using relevant tracking/analysis tools
- Publish content on website (WordPress) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Maintain website using WordPress
- Work with sales and business development in coming up with marketing and sales strategies
- Strategize, launch, and track paid marketing campaigns (SEM and social media)
- Do SEO together with SEO agency in Australia
- Identify trends on the industry through marketing research
- Provide creative direction to graphic design interns
- Create and sign interns' daily time records

Employee Engagement
- Support HR in organizing employee engagement activities
- Draft layout of posters and teasers of employee engagement activities
- Lead internal employee communication

Recruitment Marketing
- Recommend visual layouts for job vacancies as requested by recruitment team

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
