This is where you come in. We're hiring a world-class B2B digital marketing manager to define and create our go-to-market engine. This represents a ground-floor opportunity that involves building out our B2B digital marketing function.
\n Responsibilities and Duties Demand Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive pipeline growth.Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing programs to engage with prospects and move them through the sales funnel.CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to effectively manage and track leads, contacts, and customer interactions.Marketing Automation: Execute marketing automation workflows to automate repetitive tasks, personalize communications, and improve campaign efficiency.Digital Advertising: Execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to reach target audiences.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the target markets.Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing teams in Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the region. Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and lead generation.Proven expertise in using HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms for at least 4 years.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, content marketing, and social media.Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English.Experience working in the cybersecurity or technology industry is a plus.
