As a Digital Marketing Manager, we rely on you to: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and generate revenue for Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in the Philippines. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, display media, and email marketing. Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and persuasive content for websites, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure the hotels remain at the forefront of digital innovation. Utilize web analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports and insights to the management team. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to enhance digital marketing efforts and maximize ROI. Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize online distribution channels, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. Stay compliant with data protection and privacy regulations, ensuring customer data is handled securely and responsibly. Liaise with regional and head office for regional roll out of campaigns and platform improvements We are looking for someone who: Has adegree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Has proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry or a similar field. Has in-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Has strong understanding of web analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, to track and analyze digital marketing performance. Is proficient in utilising digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms. Has experience in managing and optimising paid search and paid social campaigns to achieve desired outcomes and ROI. Is excellent inanalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Has creative mindset with the ability to recommend persuasive content for digital marketing campaigns. Has strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders. Is up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, techniques, and industry best practices. Has ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and agility in decision-making. Has strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
