Position Overview: The Recruitment Marketing Lead is a strategic and results-driven role responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract top talent to the organization. This position plays a critical role in strengthening the company's employer brand, improving candidate engagement, and ensuring the recruitment process aligns with business needs. The Recruitment Marketing Lead will collaborate with the recruitment and HR teams to create compelling employer branding campaigns, manage recruitment marketing channels, and measure the effectiveness of talent attraction strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Employer Branding and Strategy:Develop and implement the employer brand strategy to position the company as an employer of choice.Partner with internal teams to ensure that employer brand messaging is consistent across all touchpoints, both internally and externally.Content Creation & Campaigns:Create and curate high-quality content (e.g., videos, blogs, social media posts, and employee stories) that resonates with target candidate personas.Develop and manage recruitment marketing campaigns across various digital channels (social media, job boards, career website, etc.).Promote the company culture, values, and employee experience to attract diverse talent.Lead the company's social media strategy for recruitment, including content development, scheduling, and monitoring performance.Manage paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) for employer branding and recruitment initiatives.Optimize the recruitment funnel using data insights to improve the effectiveness of digital campaigns.Talent Pool Development:Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive marketing strategies such as content marketing, recruitment events, and social media engagement.Leverage CRM/ATS tools and databases to track candidate interactions and nurture long-term relationships with passive talent.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:Partner closely with Recruitment and HR teams to align recruitment marketing strategies with organizational hiring goals.Work with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly. Provide training and guidance to HR and recruitment teams on best practices for engaging with candidates through marketing channels.Data Analysis & Reporting:Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of recruitment marketing initiatives, using data to optimize strategies and tactics.Measure KPIs, including applicant conversion rates, cost-per-hire, and time-to-fill, to gauge campaign success and ROI.Continuously refine and adjust campaigns based on insights and performance data.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition marketing.Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and campaign optimization.Experience with recruitment marketing platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and CRM tools is a plus.Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and employer branding principles.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and stories.Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, etc.).Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing campaigns accordingly.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Creative, innovative, and proactive with a passion for employer branding and candidate experience.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an agency, corporate, or recruitment marketing environment.Familiarity with video production, graphic design, and creative tools.Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies in recruitment marketing.Why Join Us?
