Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Description: As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on Meta and Google platforms. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing campaigns to ensure they meet the strategic objectives of our clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.Monitor campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to improve ROI.Provide regular reports and insights on campaign effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.

Content Creation & Coordination:Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop compelling ad creatives.Ensure that all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Market Analysis:Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and timelines.Coordinate with external partners and vendors as necessary.

Proactivity & Initiative:Actively seek out new opportunities to enhance campaign performance.Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Hard Requirements: Culture Fit: Must align with company values and culture.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Technical Skills: Intermediate experience in digital marketing, particularly in Meta advertising. Google PPC experience is a plus.Attention to Detail: Must have a keen eye for detail and ensure accuracy in all aspects of work.Proactivity: Highly proactive with the ability to work independently. Location: Remote (Melbourne Time Zone)
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Melbourne Time (adjusting for daylight savings)
