Digital Marketing Associate

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY**

Supporting the marketing team, with planning, executive, and tracking marketing programs, and with the development of new marketing strategies.
**II.
**SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1.
In-charge of compiling reports, generating data, monitoring of inventory and following through campaigns.
2.
Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
3.
Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral.
4.
Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media and website.
6.
Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material.
7.
In charge of liquidation and submission of department expenses to finance with approval of department head.
8.
Research industry-related topics for TTS

9.
Edit and proofread written pieces before publication / stream

10.
Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g.
comments and shares) for TTS

11.
Identify customers' needs and recommend new topics

12.
Monitor the increase in traffic due to new content and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics

13.
Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels

14.
Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans for TTS

15.
Measure web traffic to content (e.g.
conversion and bounce rates) for TTS

**III.
**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**

**EXPERIENCE/SKILL **:1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field, Passion for advertising and performance marketing, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and familiarity with Google Sheets are must; Knowledgeable in using social media (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok).
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
