Canapii is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Analyst to help support a fast-growing, leading and highly respected event management solution provider. We are looking for someone who is passionate, ambitious, motivated, and confident!
Role and responsibilities: The Digital Marketing Analyst monitors online marketing trends, analyze statistics, develop strategies for digital marketing campaigns, and tracks campaign performance. They prepare campaign results, create data visualizations, and present insights and findings. This person will work closely with the internal marketing team and/or digital agencies to achieve specific company objectives set by the Head of Marketing such as; lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions.
The Digital Marketing Analyst reports to the Global Marketing Manager.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic)
Manage and drive SEO campaigns
Compile performances report using Google Analytics and Hubspot reporting tools
Keep attention to the updates of Google's Algorithms and tools
Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
Extract reports from multiple sources like IT, operations and customer feedback.
Transform the raw data into actionable business insights through statistics and data models.
Present the analytical findings to the senior management.
Skills and experience: Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
Experience using Google web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Console)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success
You have a can-do attitude, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills working within a face paced environment
You're highly motivated, a team player, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment and happy to work in a remote workplace
