Job Description Overall responsible for leading and managing projects and initiatives related to improving Digital Experience (DX) of customers (CX) and employees (EX) as well as automation through digital technologies that improve end-user productivity with the ultimate goal of generating business value from them. Champions DX and end-user process automation across the enterprise.
