About the Role As our Digital Engagement Architect, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' online presence and community growth. You'll create captivating content, foster meaningful connections, and build loyal brand communities across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media and community management strategies aligned with clients' brand voices and objectives.
Create and curate engaging content for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) Manage and grow online communities, fostering positive interactions and brand loyalty Moderate discussions, respond to inquiries, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner Organize and host virtual events, AMAs, and other community-building activities Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and community initiatives Analyze social media and community metrics, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and growth Implement and optimize paid social media campaigns for community growth and engagement Stay up-to-date with platform changes, industry trends, and community management best practices Develop and maintain community guidelines and crisis management protocols Qualifications Experienced in social media management and community building (3+ years preferred) Proficient in using social media management tools, community platforms, and analytics dashboards Creative with excellent writing, visual storytelling, and interpersonal communication skills Empathetic and adept at handling diverse community interactions and conflict resolution Data-driven with the ability to interpret social and community metrics Knowledgeable about current social media trends and community management best practices Familiar with paid social advertising and community growth tactics Experience with community management platforms (e.g., Discourse, Circle, Facebook Groups) is a plus Why Lumikha? 45-day regularization period 4-day work week Remote/Hybrid work options Unique company culture based on our values: Curious, Resourceful, Empathic, Adaptable, Tribal, Innovative, Valuable, and Excellent Opportunities for professional growth and learning Commitment to work-life balance and employee well-being About Lumikha Lumikha isn't just another boutique BPO.
